You get what you paid for. The room and bathroom space is good enough - 1 queen bed and 1 single bed for 3 people. Could be bigger but not a problem. Airconditioning unit inside the room is working perfectly - badly needed in this kind of weather. Water supply is good. Absolutely no problem with their water, hot and cold available. The staff are all so attentive and accommodating. We had too many requests and all were taken care of timely and they always smile. The location is great as well. There's a 711, Mercury Drug and a bank outside the hotel. Robinson's Mall and a laundry shop is just walking distance away and so is Ceres bus terminal. You can order food via grab delivery and they also have food you can order via room service. The airport and the port is just a few minutes away via tricycle. It's highly recommended for those looking for a place to stay in Dumaguete. Experience it yourself.

The room is very clean and it makes me feel very comfortable. The toilet is very clean. I love their lenins with very cottony soft blankets. I love the pillows, too. The staff are very accommodating and professional. The location is very near to Robinsons mall. I will keep coming back to Manhattan once I go back to the Philippines.
